CEO
Bridgitt McCaughey brings over 30 years of leadership experience across healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, and child welfare systems. Her background includes leading successful social service operations, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, project management, and strategic planning. She has extensive experience in managed behavioral health care, care coordination, and publicly and privately funded systems. Bridgitt has led organizations through multiple successful NCQA and COA accreditation reviews. Her leadership ensures FACT’s programs operate with compassion, accountability, and effectiveness.

Terricina Jackson
Terricina Jackson is the education liaison supporting families in Saginaw County. She brings more than 20 years of experience in leadership, business consulting, and family advocacy. As the founder of Parents Just Like Me, she supports inclusive connections between neurodivergent and neurotypical families and leads a special needs parent support group. Terricina serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) and works closely with schools to support caregivers navigate education systems. Her work is informed by lived experience as a parent of an autistic child and strengthened by her certification as a life and purpose coach. In her role at FACT, she connects families to education supports, advocates for inclusive environments, and builds trusted relationships across the community.

Chad Pocock, MSW, LLMSW
Chad brings a background in clinical mental health and evaluation, with a strong focus on whole family well-being and community-informed care. His work centers on listening to families, honoring lived experience, and using what is learned to improve the quality and relevance of services. Chad approaches his role with empathy, curiosity, and respect, and actively seeks collaboration with community partners. At FACT, he supports families through relationship-building, problem-solving, and continuous learning, ensuring that programs reflect real needs and voices from the community.

Robert Graham
Robert Graham is a foster and adoptive father with lived experience navigating the child welfare system. His personal experience with family separation informs his work and commitment to ensuring families are treated with dignity and respect. Robert brings a professional background in marketing and consulting, applying these skills to strengthen FACT’s outreach, partnerships, and program design. He focuses on clear communication, practical problem-solving, and connecting families to existing community resources in a way that is accessible and supportive. Robert believes families have inherent strengths and works to ensure FACT delivers high-quality, respectful services that guide families forward without judgment.
