With a career spanning nearly three decades, Bridgitt brings wealth of expertise and leadership across a diverse spectrum of areas crucial to the success of organizations in the healthcare, behavioral health, senior living, and child welfare industries. Bridgitt's professional journey has been marked by a relentless commitment to Quality Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, Audit Preparation, Project Management, Strategic Planning, and Operations Consulting. Throughout her career, Bridgitt has consistently demonstrated a keen ability to navigate the complexities of managed behavioral health care, care coordination, and health benefits, whether publicly or privately funded.
Bridgitt's proficiency extends to the realm of staff education, where she has been instrumental in empowering teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for excellence in quality management. Bridgitt has a deep understanding of quality tools such as Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) and has successfully guided teams through the intricacies of Self- Assessments, Root Cause Analysis, Performance Improvement Projects (PIPs), and PDSA Models.
In addition to her broad expertise, she has a proven track record as an accomplished project manager. Bridgitt's leadership has been pivotal in achieving successful reviews for reaccreditation by renowned organizations like the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) and the Council on Accreditation (COA). These achievements underscore her ability to drive organizations toward excellence, ensuring they meet and exceed industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Terricina Jackson
Terricina is a dedicated community mother, outreach coordinator, and education liaison supporting families in Saginaw County. Leveraging over 20 years of experience in leadership, business consulting, and personal development, Terricina empowers families to thrive. As the founder of Parents Just Like Me, she builds bridges between neurodivergent and neurotypical families, fostering inclusion and community. She leads a special needs parent support group and serves as an education consultant, advocating for inclusive environments, informed by her own experience raising her autistic son, Maalik. Terricina's commitment to children and families is further demonstrated through her roles as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA). She serves as the Education Liaison for FACT and the Outreach Coordinator for the Compass Center. Her advocacy extends to working with at-risk youth and mentoring. Terricina is also a prolific author, using her voice to share her personal story of survival and resilience and to empower others. Her books include: The Code of Silence: Dirty Little Family Secrets, The Unlikely Superhero: YOU, Single in the City: The Single Mom's Ultimate Guide to Entrepreneurship, and Manifest Your Magic. She also created Empower HER: A Coloring Book for Neurodivergent Women of Color. Terricina is a certified life and purpose coach, further equipping her to support individuals and families on their journeys.

Olaisha Wallace
Olaisha Wallace is a proud graduate of Beecher High School and Central State University, an HBCU where she not only gained an education but also a deep appreciation for the community. Olaisha lets it be known that she IS the community she serves. One of her favorite quotes is, “If you don’t stand for something, you’ll fall for anything,” which drives her daily. It's a reminder that as an advocate for the community, it is her responsibility to support and uplift those around her. If she doesn’t stand up for them, who will? When not working, Olaisha enjoys traveling, planning events, and spending quality time with family and friends—finding balance and joy in the things that matter most.

Chad Pocock, MSW, LLMSW
With a background in clinical mental health and research, Chad understands the importance of embracing a holistic approach to well-being. He recognizes that well-being is influenced by a wide range of factors and above all, the impact of feeling heard. Giving individuals a voice and a chance to be seen are values he holds close to his heart. Chad always practices compassion and empathy, no matter the history of those he works with. He is always looking for opportunities for growth and collaboration with the community. Chad's mission is to improve the quality of care by learning from the experts themselves — directly from our families and communities.
Developing genuine connections with families and watching goals come to life is what Chad finds most fulfilling. He believes in the power of storytelling to inspire resiliency and spark meaningful change. Chad is a creative problem solver, an advocate, a radical optimist, and a lifelong learner of himself and others. He always sees the good and insists we are more than our past. In his free time, Chad enjoys hiking throughout Michigan, playing board and card games, and spending time with his family, which includes his wife and two cats.

LaToya Cannon, MBA
With over 13 years of dedicated service to families and children in Genesee County, LaToya Cannon has made a significant impact through her unwavering commitment and firsthand experience overcoming challenges such as child and adult traumas, homelessness, poverty, foster care, teen motherhood, and living with lupus. Her deep understanding of the community's needs stems from her journey, both as a child and as an adult.
LaToya has harnessed her personal experiences and professional expertise to mentor vulnerable youth and advocate for the homeless. She holds a bachelor’s degree in human services and an MBA, equipping her with a strong foundation to drive positive change.
As a passionate community leader, LaToya has dedicated her life to helping individuals overcome obstacles and achieve self-sufficiency. Beyond her professional endeavors, LaToya is an active contributor to the community through her non-profit organization, MWB Foundation. Her mission there is to help individuals who are going through the same challenges she faced.
LaToya's dedication to service extends to her personal life, where she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Dana Simmons
Dana is a compassionate Community advocate with a focus on families and children. She approaches service with cultural humility, sensitivity, and support of self-determination. Dana is a Social Worker with over 17 years of direct clinical (trauma-informed) and residential experience. Dana’s Motto is “Without understanding, there is no connection.”
Before joining the FACT Team, Dana served three years on the Juvenile Justice Residential Advisory Committee as well as a PREA (Prison Rape Elimination) Coordinator. These roles require oversight and implementation of policies from the State and Federal levels to ensure the safety and well-being of adjudicated juveniles.
Dana is active in several community organizations and activities. Dana has a strong passion for art and most types of music. Her favorite Quote: “I raise up my voice-not so that I can shout but so that those without a voice can be heard.” (Malala Yousafzai)

Robert Graham
Robert is a foster and adoptive father who deeply understands the hardships of family separation. He has witnessed firsthand how these challenges can devastate not only children but also the birth parents and even foster parents.
Through his experience, Robert has seen birth parents face isolation and a lack of support, burdened with overwhelming goals and requirements for reunification. Too often, parents are handed blurry flyers and phone numbers, expected to navigate a confusing system alone.
With a background in marketing and consulting for companies across the region, Robert felt called to use his experience to make a difference. Guided by his personal WHY—“It’s my duty”—Robert brings his professional expertise to FACT, ensuring that every family is treated with dignity, respect, and care.
He believes that all families have strengths, and those strengths can be the foundation for growth. Robert is dedicated to raising the standard of service for families, focusing on thoughtful support, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to their well-being.
Robert also recognizes the wealth of resources available in the region and believes every family deserves easy access to them. Through FACT, he strives to guide families on their journey, ensuring they feel supported and connected.
