FACT connects families to clear, practical pathways before challenges grow into crisis. Support starts with a simple conversation and moves at the pace each family needs.
Families can reach FACT through the helpline at 877-745-7797 or by using the Get Help Quick Form. From there, FACT works to connect families to trusted resources, coordinate next steps, and reduce barriers to access.
This approach works. This year, FACT supported over 10,000 individuals across Genesee and Saginaw Counties. Most families did not wait long to see progress. 89% reached their goals within 30 days.
Prevention works best when support is early, responsive, and respectful. By helping families find the right resources at the right time, FACT helps children stay safe, families stay together, and communities stay stronger.
