COMMUNITY SERVICE HUBS
FACT’s Community Service Hubs in Flint and Saginaw are open and welcoming spaces where families, professionals, and partners can connect, collaborate, and grow. Each Hub offers specialized rooms, updated technology, and trauma-informed design to support families in real time.
New programs like 989 Reads in Saginaw offer fresh opportunities for learning and connection. Both Hubs are also available to book for meetings, trainings, or small events—spaces designed to fit the needs of families and those who support them.

The Saginaw Community Service Hub is a welcoming space where families can connect with resources, build relationships, and find the support they need to stay strong. Centrally located in the community, the Hub features eight thoughtfully designed rooms for learning, play, reflection, and collaboration. Whether you need a quiet spot to meet with a guide, a place for your child to explore, or a room to host a group activity, the Saginaw Hub is ready to serve. Families, service providers, and community groups are all welcome to use the space.

The Hub features family-friendly rooms like the Sun Room for warm conversations, Kidtopia for safe sensory play, and the Focus Factory for learning, tutoring, and creative thinking. Designed to offer comfort, resources, and real solutions under one roof, the Hub brings service providers together to help Flint and Genesee County families stay supported and strong.
