Please accept our invitation for our upcoming Community Based Care Forum, scheduled for July 17th from 11 AM to 3 PM. This event presents an invaluable opportunity for agencies across Genesee and Saginaw counties to come together, connect, and exchange updates on the impactful work being done in our communities.

We have noticed a common thread in our many interactions with agencies from Saginaw and Genesee—they are eager to learn more about each other's initiatives and activities. This is the perfect opportunity to connect!

At the Community Based Care Forum, you can anticipate:

  • Engaging with fellow agencies and professionals to foster connections from across the region.

  • Gaining insights into inspiring projects and efforts in our region and sharing your own.

  • Discussion with nationally renowned experts in community-based care and families from the community.

  • Collaboratively defining further action steps to be taken.

  • Experience the latest in our technology.

More details about the event will follow soon. We encourage you to register now to save your spot and join us for what promises to be a beneficial and enriching gathering. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication to our community. We look forward to coming together to strengthen our collective impact on July 17th

FACT is HIRING!

FACT is looking to grow! We are seeking dedicated and dynamic people for our Provider Services Coordinator, Community Resource Specialist, and Education Liaison positions! We are also looking for an Education Liaison to be the conduit between school, group homes, foster parents, case managers, and others to ensure that the educational needs of our youth are being met. If you or someone you know is passionate about helping families and community relationships, we encourage you to apply. Please share this opportunity within your network and help us find the right candidates to make a significant impact on our region. Event Vision: Community Based Care models have been shown to address the needs of children and families more effectively. Those involved in these publicprivate partnerships know what is happening at the state or local level, but have difficulty getting information from those in other states. They want to know what is working, insights, new ideas, and how models are maturing. This gathering of like-minded professionals provides the chance to collaborate, share insights, and explore what is possible.

Please Note: CBCW National Symposium is not an FFTA event. The Event Host is The National Center for Community Based Child Welfare. FFTA serves as the event management partner.

When: September 17-19, 2024
Where: Hollywood Casino & Hotel At Greektown, Detroit
