AUGUST: Caregiver Dinner – Saginaw County: “Putting” Families First
On August 21, FACT hosted our Putting Families First Caregiver Dinner at Funway Amusement Park in Saginaw. Families came together for an evening filled with connection, food, and fun on the putt-putt course. With pizza, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition, it was truly a night to remember. For some families, it was even their first time playing miniature golf, making the experience extra special.
Beyond the games, families picked up school supplies, household cleaning products, and practical back-to-school tips designed to set them up for success this fall. These resources, combined with the chance to enjoy a relaxing evening together, gave families both the tools and the confidence to start the year off right.
Dozens of families participated, creating new memories and enjoying time together in a safe, family-centered space. The combination of community support, essential resources, and shared experiences is what makes our Caregiver Dinners so impactful.
FACT will continue to bring families together in Saginaw County and beyond with upcoming Caregiver Dinners and community events. Stay tuned for more opportunities to connect, enjoy time together, and access resources that strengthen families.
