SEPTEMBER 14th: FACT 989READS Mobile Monday Brings Books, Food and Family Support to Saginaw County

On September 14th, FACT 989READS Mobile Monday returned to George Olson Recreation Complex for another evening built around families. Children picked out free books, families connected with local organizations, and FACT On The Go was on site with family essentials and practical support. Families could also receive take-home meal bags, ask questions, and learn more about resources available across Saginaw County.

Hungry Howie's provided free pizza for children, giving families a chance to stay, eat, and enjoy the evening together. Molina Healthcare of Michigan sponsored the event and continues to help FACT bring consistent, welcoming opportunities like this into the community.

Mobile Monday is about making support easier to reach. Families can come to one place, meet people face to face, find useful resources, pick up books and essentials, and spend time together in a relaxed setting. FACT 989READS Mobile Monday also gives community partners a regular way to connect directly with families and share what they offer.

Families should not have to search all over the community to find help. FACT 989READS Mobile Monday brings books, food, practical support, community partners, and family activities together in one place. It gives families a simple way to ask questions, make connections, and learn where to turn next.
