Genesee County Free Community Laundry Day in September

On September 15th, FACT Loads of Love brought another free Community Laundry Day to Genesee County at Pro Clean Dry Cleaning & Coin Laundry in Flint. Families received up to three free loads of laundry per household, along with free laundry supplies, helping take one everyday expense off the family budget. Molina Healthcare of Michigan, ELGA Credit Union, and MSU Extension joined FACT in supporting the event and connecting with families.
Loads of Love is about more than clean clothes. It gives families a practical form of support they can use right away, while also creating a welcoming place to learn about other resources available in the community. Families can ask questions, make connections, and leave with one less task and one less expense to worry about.
FACT continues to bring Loads of Love to the community as part of its work to meet families where they are. By creating consistent events around everyday needs, FACT helps families connect with support in a simple, comfortable way.
