FACT’s proven technology solution, MiARGOS, is live and transforming data management for Community-Based Care Prevention organizations. MiARGOS serves as a comprehensive data warehouse, seamlessly importing and consolidating near real-time case information from the state’s SACWIS (Statewide Automatic Child Welfare Information System).

MiARGOS drives outcome monitoring, reporting, and evaluation through its robust reporting features. Using near real-time data from partner portals and SACWIS, it provides dynamic, drill-down reports via an intuitive dashboard. These reports help partners track family progress and evaluate programming effectiveness. This powerful reporting capability is also central to our partnership with Saginaw Valley State University (SVSU), supporting evaluation and ongoing research of community-based care programs.

Soon, MiARGOS will provide partner agencies and organizations access to essential information about the families in their care. Partners will use MiARGOS to enhance decision-making and facilitate effective planning. Through ‘Partner Portals,’ partners share case notes and family plan updates with other organizations serving the same family, ensuring everyone has access to the most current information. Even with stringent privacy and HIPAA safety protocols, MiARGOS enables teachers, health professionals, service providers, courts, and others to share information efficiently, avoiding duplication of efforts and addressing new challenges quickly and holistically.
