On August 21, FACT hosted our Putting Families First Caregiver Dinner at Funway Amusement Park in Saginaw. Families came together for an evening filled with connection, food, and fun on the putt-putt course. With pizza, laughter, and plenty of friendly competition, it was truly a night to remember. With the hum of washers and dryers in the background, families came together not just to do laundry, but to connect, receive support, and feel seen.

AUGUST: FREE Community Laundry Day – ProClean Pierson Rd. Loads of Love – Flint

On August 19th, we gathered at ProClean on Pierson Road in Flint for another Loads of Love event. Dozens of families came out to take care of their laundry, share stories, and enjoy the camaraderie that comes from spending time together. In partnership with Molina Healthcare, they provided custom laundry bags, detergent, and other supplies for families to use. These simple moments continue to remind us how powerful it is when families have space to connect and feel supported.
